·         Materials:

100 g lettuce, thin cut
50 g carrot, drawstring
100 gram Young Mango, drawstring

·         Material Dressing:

2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped cilantro roots
100 g nonfat ground beef
100 g brown sugar
300 ml tamarind water
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper


·         How to make:

1.    Dressing: Heat the oil, sauteed garlic until wilt, input coriander leaf root, stir, ground meat input, stir-fry until changing color. Put the red sugar and tamarind water, give fish sauce and pepper, cook until thick, lift.
2.    Arrange the lettuce, carrot, and mango in the food container topped flush with dressing. Serve.
