·         Materials:

300 g tofu, steamed, puree
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 egg Chicken
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 nori leaves
50 g carrot, diced


·         Sauce Ingredients:

2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
50 g tomato concise
1 tbsp tomato paste
200 ml broth
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp fish sauce


·         How to make:

Mix tofu together with egg whites and wheat flour, stir. Give the leeks, garlic, pepper, and fish sauce, stir.
Take the aluminum foil, expand it, give it a seaweed sheet on it, give the dough tofu at the end of the nori sheet, flatten. Then roll like a lontong, then say it by rotating both ends of the aluminum foil. Make the sauce:
