Materials:
200 g white squid, thinly sliced rounded
50 g peeled prawns, small slices
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 tbsp sliced shallots
2 tbsp sliced garlic
3 green chili Peppers, sliced slices
2 pieces of red chili, sliced shaved
1 Slice Galangal
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
100 g long bean sprouts
2 tbsp fried onions

How to make:
1. Heat oil, stir-fry onion, garlic, green chili, red Chili, galangal, and
bay leaves. After exiting the aroma, but the oyster sauce, fish sauce, shrimp,
and squid, stir-fry until the squid matures.
