·         Materials:

200 g canned mushrooms, after the drain, split two
50 g green peppers, diced
50 g red peppers, diced
100 g shrimp Peeled
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines


·         Seasoning:

3 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 small slice of ginger
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/2 Sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce


·         How to make:

1.    Heat oil, stir-fry onions, garlic, and ginger, stir. Put prawns and peppers, stir, give pepper, sesame oil, and fish sauce, stir.
2.    Put mushrooms, stir well, after ripe vegetables, lift. Serve.
