·         Materials:

250 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
2 tbsp polyunsaturated margarine for sauteing
100 grams of the
2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 tsp oyster sauce
200 ml broth
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 stalk scallion, cut into slices

·         How to make:

1.    Ejaculate margarine, stir-fry onions, garlic, and chicken pieces until wilted, input oyster sauce, stir.
2.    Put mushrooms and scallion, pour the broth, stir, give pepper, and fish sauce, stir.
3.    Cook until cooked and the broth stayed a little, lift. Serve.
