·         Materials:

100 g lettuce, thinly sliced
100 g tomatoes, cut round
50 g carrot, drawstring
50 g canned tuna, drain

·         Material Dressing:

3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
100 g tofu, steamed, puree
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped green peppers
A bit of fine pepper
1/2 pieces of instant block broth


·         How to make:

1.    Dressings: Mix mayonnaise with tofu, stir, give tomato sauce, onion, paprika, pepper, and instant broth, stir well, set aside.
2.    Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and tuna in the food containers, topped with a flush with dressing. Serve.
