·         Materials:

2 pieces Fresh Fish @ 150 g
250 ml broth
3 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp ang CiU
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chopped celery


·         How to make:

1.    Put the fish in a heat-resistant bowl, give it a broth, enter all the spices.
