·         Materials:

100 g cabbage, finely sliced
100 g carrot, drawstring
50 g lettuce, shreds shreds
50 g sprouts
30 g noodle crackers for garnish
200 g tofu yellow, thinly sliced
50 g peanuts, roast in the oven or roasted

·         Material Dressing:

5 Red Chili Peppers
25 g dry shrimp, soak water, mashed
1 tsp of shrimp paste
50 g granulated sugar
50 ml of water dilute vinegar

·         How to make:

1.    Dressing: Mix the seasoning that has been smoothed together with vinegar water and sugar, stir well, boil until boiling, lift, chill.
2.    Mix the cauliflower slices, carrots, and sprouts with dressing, stir well, let stand for 1/2 hours until permeable.
