Asian Recipes Sauteed Tofu Peppers

·         Materials:

300 g tofu yellow, steamed, cut into pieces
100 g shrimp Peeled
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines


·         Seasoning:

5 tbsp sliced shallots
2 tbsp sliced garlic
50 g red peppers, long slices
50 g green peppers, long slices
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp ang CiU
1 tbsp fish sauce
50 ml broth


·         How to make:

1.    Heat oil, stir fry onion and garlic until out aroma, input oyster sauce, soy sauce, and angciu, stir.
2.    Put shrimp, stir fry briefly, put tofu pieces and slices of peppers, pour broth, stir.
3.    Give fish sauce, stir well, cook until cooked, color is still fresh, lift. Serve.
