Vegetable Soup with Meat


·         Materials:

2 tbsp cooking oil for a saunter
8 grains of shallot, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 red chili pepper, cut into 2 cm
3 green Chili, cut into 2 cm
4 cm galangal, Polish
2 bay leaves
6 fruit star vegetable, split two
1 liter of water, heat
350 g beef, small diced
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar, if sweet like
1 1/2 tsp salt
200 g beans, cut into 4 cm
15 quail eggs, boiled, peeled


  • How to make:

1.    Heat a slow cooker on a high setting. Put cooking oil, shallots, garlic, red chili, green Chili, galangal, greetings, and fruit starfruit. Fry briefly until it starts to smell fragrant.
2.    Put hot water, beef, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar (if sweet like), and salt. Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours).
3.    After tender meat, input beans, and quail eggs. Close and continue cooking another 30 minutes until all the ingredients are perfectly cooked. Turn off the slow cooker.
4.    Serve while warm.
