Vegetable Meat Curry


·         Materials:

500 g outer typical meat, cut 2 x 2 cm
750 ml of water, heat
1 stem lemongrass, spread
3 orange leaves
200 g cauliflower, remove the amounts
150 g carrot, cut 1 x 1 x 4 cm
100 g beans, cut into 4 cm
100 ml fresh yogurt


·         Mashed Spices:

7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of red chili
2 cm turmeric
2 cm Ginger
2 tsp coriander
1 1/2 tsp salt


·         How to make:

1.    Put beef and hot water into a slow cooker bowl. Add the lemongrass, citrus leaves, and delicate herbs.
2.    Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours).
3.    After tender meat, add cauliflower, carrot, and beans. Close and continue cooking on the set high for 30 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked. Turn off the slow cooker. Put yogurt, stir. Serve.
