·         Materials:

250 g chicken fillet, small cut
1 egg Chicken
1 tbsp fish sauce
25 g basil leaves
Banana leaves to wrap

·         Coarse seasoning:

2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
3 pieces of orange leaves, finely sliced

·         Mashed Spices:

5 candlenuts
1 small slice of turmeric, roasted
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1/2 tsp pepper


·         How to make:

1.   Mix the chicken with all the seasonings, stir, input the egg whites and stir basil leaves.
2.   Take a banana leaf, wrap the chicken dough into 5 packs, steamed until cooked for + 30 minutes, lift, serve.
