Materials:
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, spread
1 cm ginger, sliced like a matchstick
1 kg beef ribs pieces, select the fleshy
600 ml of water, heat
2 tbsp taosi, rinse water, drain
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Heat the slow cooker on a high set, add cooking oil, garlic, and ginger.
Fry briefly until it starts to smell fragrant. Put the ribs , stir-fry until
slightly browned.
2. Pour hot water into a slow cooker bowl. Add the Taosi, soy sauce,
tomato sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
3. Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook
for 3-4 hours). After the tender meat, open the slow cooker, continue cooking
15-30 minutes longer until the seasoning is thick. Turn off the slow cooker.
4. Serve ribs and taosi seasoning.
