·         Materials:

300 g tofu, cut into 5 parts, steamed
100 g chicken meat, small cut
50 g shrimp Peeled
100 g shiitake mushrooms, cut into pieces
50 g carrot, cut into thin transverse
1 tbsp unsaturated oil to saute


·         Seasoning:

2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/2 tsp sesame
1 piece of instant block broth
250 ml broth
1/2 tsp cornstarch


·         How to make:

1.   Heat oil, stir-fry onions, and garlic give pepper, sesame oil, and instant broth, stir. Put chicken meat, prawns, mushrooms and carrots, sauteed briefly.
2.   Pour the broth, put tofu, stir well, thicken with cornstarch that has been dissolved with a little water, stir, after the ripe lift. Serve.
