The Chicken Teriyaki

Materials:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
500 g boneless chicken breast, dispose of skin
and fat

Teriyaki sauce, stir
well:
60 ml mirin
30 ml broth
75 ml of soy sauce (shoyu)
1 tsp granulated sugar

Salad Mayo, Stir well:
100 g finely sliced cabbage
100 g carrots, sliced like a matchstick
3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise, ready to buy

How to make:
1. Heat the slow cooker on the hight set, input the cooking oil, garlic,
and ginger. Stir until the fragrant.
2. Put chicken breast, stir briefly until change color. Pour the teriyaki
sauce. Turn the buttons on the set low (Cook 5-6 hours) or high (Cook dives 3-4
hours). Turn the chicken meat.
3. Turn off the slow cooker. Thinly sliced teriyaki chicken meat, flush
with the the seasoning. Serve with salad mayo.
