·         Materials:

250 g meat milled non-fat
1 sheet of fresh bread, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
1 tbsp unsaturated oil for spreads
10 pieces of skewers

Chicken Satay

·         Mashed Spices:

5 candlenuts
1 tbsp sliced garlic
2 tbsp sliced shallots
1 tsp coriander
Little cumin
1 Orange Leaf Sheet
1 tsp of shrimp paste
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice

·         How to make:

1.    Blend into one ground beef with fresh bread and wheat flour, after smooth and well blended, lift, set aside.
2.    Heat oil, stir-fry herbs that have been mashed, stir briefly, lift.
3.    Mix the meat dough that has been finely blended with sautéed seasoning, stir. Divide the dough into 10 parts, each one on the skewers of satay, then steamed until cooked.
4.    Bake in a satay grill while applied with oil until browned, lift, serve.
