Materials:
5 Sheets Fish Fillet snapper @ 50 g
1 tbsp unsaturated oil for polishing
1 egg white Grains
100 g breadcrumbs
- Sweet tamarind Sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 stems scallion, long sliced
1 tbsp chopped garlic
50 g carrot, long sliced
2 tbsp tomato sauce
250 ml broth
1 tsp granulated sugar
Little vinegar
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 small slice Ginger
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with a little water

How to make:
1. Jerky pieces of fish fillet with egg whites, then jerky with
breadcrumbs, roast, lift, set aside.
