·         Materials:

200 g nonfat ground beef
1 egg Chicken
2 pieces of fresh bread
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
A bit of fine pepper
200 g Bokchoy, boil briefly, lift, drain

·         Sauce Ingredients:

200 ml broth
1 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp chopped garlic
A bit of fine pepper
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp fish sauce

·         How to make:

1.    Blend the ground with eggs, fresh bread, onion, and garlic, after a smooth lift.
2.    Put instant broth and pepper, stir well, divide into 5 parts and round shape. Put it in the steamer, steamed until cooked for + 30 minutes, lift.
3.    Make the sauce:
       Boil the broth, give the leeks, garlic, pepper, fish sauce, and tomato sauce, stir. Thicken with a little water, stir. Cook until boiling and viscous, lift.
4.    Arrange steamed meatballs with Bokcoy on the serving plate, flush with sauce and serve.
