·         Materials:

250 g macaroni, boiled, drained
1 egg Chicken
2 Grains of chicken egg white
250 ml nonfat milk
50 g low-fat grated cheese
200 g chicken meat, boiled, small cut
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
Fine nutmeg Taste
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 piece of instant block broth

·         How to make:

1.    Break the chicken eggs, shake with a fork.
2.    Put in containers, eggs, macaroni, chicken meat, pepper, nutmeg, instant broth, and tomato sauce, stir. Pour the milk, stir.
3.    Take Pyrex, apply with margarine evenly, pour the macaroni dough, topped with a sprinkle of grated cheese.
