·         Materials:

250 g salmon fillet, cut into pieces
Banana leaves to wrap


·         Mashed Spices:

5 candlenuts
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small slice of turmeric
1 small slice Ginger

·         Other seasonings:

1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 stalk lemongrass, sliced iris
3 tbsp tomato slices
25 pieces basil leaves


·         How to make:

1.    Mix into one seasoning that has been mashed together with other herbs, stir.
2.    Lubricated the pieces of fish evenly, then wrap with banana leaves such as pepes or steam fish, part of the tip with a stick. Steamed until cooked for + 30 minutes, lift. Serve.
