5 sheets fillet @ 100 grams
2 tbsp margarine polyunsaturated
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/4 tsp fine nutmeg
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp thyme

Ingredients of spicy
sauce:
2 tbsp unsaturated oil
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp ginger chopped
250 ml broth

How to make:
1. Mixed chicken Fillet with pepper, nutmeg, thyme, fish sauce, and sweet
soy sauce, stir, let stand for 30 minutes until the seasoning permeated.
