  • Materials:

250 g dried noodles, boiled, drained
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
10 pieces of cayenne pepper, a small slice
1 slice Ginger
3 orange leaves
100 g white squid, small slices
100 g peeled prawns, sliced slices
100 g cabbage, finely sliced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili sauce


  • How to make:

1.    Heat oil, stir-fry green onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, ginger, and orange leaves, until wither.
2.    Put squid and shrimp, stir, put cabbage, fish sauce, chili sauce, and ripe shrimp, last input noodles, stir well, lift. Serve.
