·         Materials:

100 g carrot, cut into matches
100 g cauliflower, coarse slice
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 chicken egg, whisk with a fork
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper

·         How to make:
