·         Materials:

5 pieces Tempeh @ 50 g, big diced
2 tbsp unsaturated oil
250 ml of coconut water
10 pieces of skewers

·         Seasoning:

50 g brown sugar
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 Slice Galangal
2 orange leaves


·         How to make:

1.    Boil Tempeh with coconut water and all the spices until the water is dried.
2.    Put oil in it, sauteed briefly, lift, and puncture with skewer satay. Then bake or burn briefly, lift. Serve.
