Roasted Lemon Chicken


·         Materials:

1 lemon juice, thinly sliced
1 Whole Chicken Tail
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt

·         Daub, Stir:

2 tbsp butter, melt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt


·         Complementary:

150 g broccoli, cut, boil briefly
150 g carrot, cut, boil briefly

·         How to make:

1.    Put slices of lemon, thyme, oregano, garlic, and salt. Put into the chicken breast cavity.
2.    Put the chicken in a slow cooker bowl. Apply the surface of the chicken with the material spread until blended.
3.    Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-6 hours). While occasionally apply whole chicken surface with seasoning.
4.    Turn off the slow cooker. Remove chicken and serve with lemon sauce.



·         Lemon sauce:

Mix 200 ml chicken broth, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp palm sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp starch (dissolve in a little water).
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil, stir-fry 2 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped ginger until fragrant.
Put the broth mixture, stir until a thick sauce. Lift.
