Materials:
150 g Rice
1 egg whites, shake, add 1 tbsp
water and a little turmeric powder
1 tsp unsaturated oil to make scrambled
50 g chicken milled meat nonfat
1 tsp unsaturated oil, for saltines
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
Slight nutmeg fine
A bit of fine pepper
50 g peas
1 tsp unsaturated oil, for saltines
1 tsp fish sauce

How to make:
1. Make the scrambled from the egg whites, give 1/2
tsp of fish sauce, once cooked, lift, set aside.
2. Heat the oil, sauteed garlic, put chicken milled meat, stir. Give soy
