·         Materials:

3 tsp olive oil
100 g chicken meat, small slices
100 g green shells with Shell
50 g onion, chopped
250 g rice
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp turmeric or saffron powder
50 g peas
100 g sliced red and green peppers
750 ml broth
1 piece of instant block broth
1 tbsp tomato sauce
100 g shrimp Peeled
50 g white squid, transverse slice
2 tbsp chopped parsley

·         How to make:

1.   Heat the olive oil in a large flat frying pan, input the chicken slices, sauteed briefly, lift the chicken's stir, set aside.
