·         Materials:

200 g meat milled nonfat
2 pieces of fresh bread
1 egg Chicken
1 tbsp sliced onion
1/2 tsp ground pepper powder
1/4 tsp fine nutmeg
Little Thyme
1 piece of instant block broth
1 tbsp unsaturated oil

·         Ingredients of chocolate sauce:

1 tbsp margarine polyunsaturated
1 tbsp wheat flour
300 ml broth
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
Little Nutmeg
Little Thyme

·         Distinct addition :

Boiled potatoes
Chemical and Carrot, saute

·         How to make:

1.   Blend ground beef with eggs, fresh bread, onion. Once smooth, give pepper, nutmeg, thyme, and instant broth, stir.
2.   Divide the meat dough into 5 parts, each of which is formed around oval flattened like a steak, set aside.
3.   Take a nonstick grill pan, give oil, after the heat input the meat steak, cook it while reversed back until cooked and lightly browned. Lift it aside.
4.   Make the chocolate sauce:
