Materials:
150 g meat milled nonfat
5 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
2 pieces of fresh bread
1 egg white Chicken
1 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
Slight nutmeg fine
1 piece of instant block broth
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tsp sliced garlic
1 Fruit sliced sliced
300 ml broth
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Little Pepper Fine
Little Nutmeg

How to make:
1. Blend the ground beef along with fresh bread, eggs, and onions, after a
smooth input of pepper, nutmeg, and instant broth, stir.
2. For the meat dough into 5 parts, each gives the quail egg inside it then
round shape, set aside.
3. Stir-fry garlic scallion, and tomato with oil until wither, pour the
broth, stir. Put sweet soy sauce, pepper, and nutmeg, stir. After boiling the
input of ground beef, cook until the meat is cooked, lift. Serve.
