·         Materials:

150 g meat milled nonfat
5 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
2 pieces of fresh bread
1 egg white Chicken

·         How to make:

1.    Blend the ground beef along with fresh bread, eggs, and onions, after a smooth input of pepper, nutmeg, and instant broth, stir.
2.    For the meat dough into 5 parts, each gives the quail egg inside it then round shape, set aside.
