Low Carbo cuisine Steak

·         Materials:

500 g special meat outside, sliced transverse 1 cm thick
500 ml of water, heat
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 grains, spread
150 g broccoli, cut, boil briefly
1 tomato fruit, seeded, sliced long
200 g French Fries

·         Mashed Spices:

8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp whole pepper
1 tsp salt

·         How to make:

1.    Put beef and hot water into a slow cooker bowl. Add sweet soy sauce, nutmeg, and delicate herbs.
2.    Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours).
3.    After cooking, remove the meat, sliced 1 cm thick, set aside. Open the slow cooker and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes again until the gravy is slightly reduced (more concentrated). Turn off the slow cooker.
4.    Presentation: Arrange broccoli, tomatoes, and fries in a serving dish. Add sliced meat. Flush it with soy sauce. Serve immediately.
