Low Carbo cuisine Goulash Soup Hungary

·         Materials:

500 g red meat, diced 2 cm
400 ml of water, heat
50 g onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
100 ml tomato puree
2 bay leaf leaves
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 Black pepper Powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
150 low-fat milk, mix with 1 tbsp wheat flour
1 fruit red onion, cut into longitudinal 6
1 fruit green peppers, cut 2 x 2 cm

·         How to make:

1.    Put red meat and hot water into a slow cooker bowl. Add onions, garlic, tomato puree, tomato paste, bay leaf, chili powder, granulated sugar, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
2.    Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours).
3.    After tender meat, add a mixture of milk, onions, green peppers, and red peppers.
4.    Close and continue cooking on the set high for 15-20 minutes again until all the ingredients are perfectly cooked (stirring occasionally). Turn off the slow cooker. Serve.
