Healthy Opor Chicken

·         Materials:

1 Village chickens are medium size, cut into 8 parts
1 stem lemongrass, spread
3 orange leaves
400 ml hot water
250 ml soy milk, heat

·         Mashed Spices:

6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper granules
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp coriander roasted
1 1/2 tsp salt

·         How to make:

1.    Put chicken, lemongrass, orange leaves, hot water, and delicate herbs in a slow cooker bowl.
2.    Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours)
3.    Add hot soy milk, turn the button on the high setting. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir well. Turn off the slow cooker.
4.    Serve while warm.
