Materials:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 stems lemongrass spread
1 sheet Turmeric
4 Orange leaves
500 g beef ribs cut
750 ml of water, heat
300 ml of diluted coconut milk or soy
1 piece Kandis acid

Mashed Spices:
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 Red Chili Peppers
2 cm Ginger
1 cm galangal
1 1/2 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Heat a slow cooker on a high set, cooking the oil, fry, fine seasoning,
lemongrass, turmeric leaves, and orange leaves. Sauteed briefly until fragrant.
Put the ribs, stir-fry until slightly browned.
2. Pour hot water into a slow cooker bowl. Close, turn the button on the
set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours).
3. Once the meat is tender, add the milk dilute or soy milk and Kandis
acid.
4. Continue cooking on set high for another 30 minutes until all the
ingredients are perfectly cooked (stirring occasionally). Turn off the slow
cooker. Serve.
