·         Materials:

250 g rice, Aron
50 g petai, thinly sliced
50 g cayenne pepper, a small slice
50 g basil leaves
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp unsaturated oil to saute

·         Complementary:

400 g tofu Bacem @ 80 g
250 Grilled fish @ 50 g
Vegetable fresh Vegetables


·         How to make:

1.    Heat oil, sauteed garlic, Pete, and cayenne pepper. Put rice, give fish sauce, pepper and basil leaves, stir, lift.
2.    Wrap with banana leaves like lontong.
3.    Steamed until cooked overnight + 1 hour, lift, then burned with a grill until a bit dry, lift.
4.    Serve grilled rice with grilled fish tofu bacem, and vegetables fresh.
