·         Materials:

5 pcs of chicken thighs with no skin @ 100 g
2 tbsp unsaturated oil for saltines
250 ml of water
1 Stalk Citronella,
3 orange leaves
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce

·         Mashed Spices:

3 tbsp sliced shallots
1 tbsp sliced garlic
3 Red Chili Peppers
1/2 tsp pepper


·         How to make:

1.   Lubricated chicken thighs with fish sauce, let stand for + 10 minutes until absorbed.
2.   Heat oil, stir-fry seasoning that has been mashed together with lemongrass and lemon leaf, stir, input chicken thigh, pour water, stir. Give sweet soy sauce, stir, cook until dry water, lift.
