Green chili Chicken


·         Materials:

1 tail ( 1 kg ) chicken
1 lime fruit, grab the water
3 tbsp cooking oil
350 ml hot water
2 rods of lemongrass, take the white part, spread
5 orange leaves, torn in bones


·         Mashed Spices:

8 slightly old green chili Peppers
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
6 candlenuts
4 cm Ginger
1 cm galangal
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt


·         How to make:

1.    Cut chicken into 10 parts, lube lime juice until blended. Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain.
2.    Heat a slow cooker on a high set, input cooking oil, and fine seasoning. Stir until fragrant.
3.    Put chicken, water, lemongrass, and lime leaves. Stir well.
