Materials:
200 g long beans, sliced roughly
100 g cabbage, thinly sliced
100 g sprouts, remove its roots
200 g cucumber, peeled, small slices
25 g basil leaves

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
100 g fried peanuts, puree
2 lime juice, split in two, grab the water
100 ml of water

Mashed Peanut Sauce
Seasoning:
2 tbsp sliced garlic
2 tbsp sliced galangal
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 Red Chili Peppers
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp fish sauce

How to make:
1. Peanut sauce: Mix the seasoning that has been mashed together with
peanuts, lime juice with the skin. Pour the water little by a little while
stirring until the sauce is quite thick.
2. Mix the vegetables into the sauce, stir. Serve.
