Fish with Mushroom

·         Materials:

600 g Grouper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper powder
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 cm ginger, sliced like a matchstick
4 sticks of scallion, sliced like a matchstick
6 pieces of dried hioko mushroom, hot water soak 30 minutes, drain, thinly sliced
50 g smoked meat, long slices
2 tbsp dilute soy sauce
2 tbsp ang CiU

·         How to make:

1.    Clean the fish, dry body. Mix salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp cooking oil apply throughout the fish body.
2.    Put half the slice of ginger slices, onions, mushrooms, and bacon at the base of a slow cooker bowl. Put the fish on it, cover with the rest of the ginger, scallion, mushrooms, and bacon.
3.    Turn the buttons on the Low set (cook for 4 hours) or high (cook for 2 hours) until the fish is cooked.
4.    With the remaining cooking oil, soy sauce and ang ciu. Cook back for 15 minutes. Turn off the slow cooker.
5.    Serve fish while warm.
