·         Materials:

500 g fish (COB), clean the gills and the contents of their stomach
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce

·         Seasoning Rica Ingredients:

3 tbsp sliced shallots
1 tbsp sliced garlic
5 red chili Peppers, puree
5 pieces of cayenne pepper, puree
3 orange leaves
25 g basil leaves
1 slice Ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp granulated sugar
100 g tomatoes, small slices

·         How to make:

1.   Coat fish with a mixture of lime juice and fish sauce for a few minutes, roast in the oven while occasionally spreadable with oil until the fish is cooked, lift.
2.   Create seasoning Rica:
Heat oil, stir-fry all herbs, stir well, cook until out aroma and seasoning ripe, lift.
3.   Serve fish with the seasoning of Rica.
