·         Materials:

250 g fettuccini dry, boiled, drained
2 tbsp margarine polyunsaturated
2 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 tbsp wheat flour
100 ml nonfat milk
250 g chicken meat, boiled, small slices
2 pieces of low-fat cheese, small cut
100 g canned mushrooms, drain, small slices
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 piece of instant block broth



·         How to make:

1.    Insert margarine, put onion and garlic, stir, stir-fry until wither, put wheat flour, stir, pour milk while continuing to stir until milk is depleted.
2.    Put chicken meat, cheese and mushrooms, stir. Give pepper, thyme and instant broth, stir.
3.    After ripe fettuccini input, stir well, lift. Serve.
