Custard Mushrooms Soup Filling

·         Materials:

5 Grains of egg whites
2 egg yolks
1 A sachet of instant Dashi
1 liter broth
50 g shrimp Peeled
50 g chicken meat, small cut
100 g mushroom studs, thinly sliced
2 tbsp sliced scallion
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper

·         How to make:

1.   Beat the eggs with a fork until evenly mixed
2.   Mix the instant dashi into the broth, stir, shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms, give the  scallion and pepper, stir.
3.   Put egg whisk into the soup dough, stir.
4.   Take 5 small Pyrex containers, each of them with soup material then steamed with small heat until cooked, lift. Serve.
