Crispy Duck with radish soup

  • Materials:

1 duck tail, split two
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp black pepper coarse mash
1 tsp salt
600 ml of water, heat
hibiscus flower
150 g radish, thinly sliced
1 stalk scallion, sliced coarse
Oil for frying to taste

  • How to make:

1.    coat it duck with grated ginger, rice wine, black pepper, and salt. Squeeze so that the seasoning is flat, let stand for 2-3 hours so that the seasoning permeated.
2.    Put ducks and marinade into a slow cooker bowl. Add hot water, hibiscus flower, and scallion.
3.    Close, turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours). After cooking, lift the duck and drain (can be done by hanging the duck until dry properly). Put radish, lid and continue cooking 15 minutes again until the radish is cooked. Turn off the slow cooker.
4.    Heat oil until smoky, fry the duck to dry, lift and drain.
5.    Slice the duck as thick as 1 cm, sprinkle the spring onions. Serve fried duck with radish soup.
