Materials:
500 g meat and goat ribs, cut into pieces
1/2 sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, spread
500 ml hot water
1 stalk scallion, sliced shaved thin
4-5 Fresh asparagus rods, peel the hard skin,
cut into 4 cm
1 tbsp roasted sesame

Seasonings, Stir:
1 tbsp taoco
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking wine (ang CiU)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with 1 tbsp water

How to make:
1. Soak meat and goat ribs with sweet soy sauce and soy sauce for 15
minutes for the seasoning to permeate.
2. Heat the slow cooker on the high set, input the cooking oil, and garlic.
Fry briefly until it starts to smell fragrant.
3. Put meat and goat ribs, stir briefly. Pour hot water and seasoning
mixture into a slow cooker bowl. Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5
hours) or high (cook for 3 hours).
4. Add the scallion and asparagus. Close and continue cooking 30 minutes
away until the gravy is slightly thick. Turn off the slow cooker.
5. Serve meat with sprinkles of roasted sesame.
