·         Materials:

10 sheets of chicken fillet, cut into lengths @ 25 g
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce or Kikkoman
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sesame, sangrai, puree
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp unsaturated oil for polishing
10 pieces of skewers

·         How to make:

1.   Mix all the spices into one, stir well, input chunks of chicken fillet in it, stir. Let stand for 30 minutes until the seasoning permeated.
2.    Take a skewer, each prick with chicken fillets.
3.    Burn on charcoal or gas until cooked while applied oil and remaining seasoning, lift. Serve.
