Chicken Salad Seasoning

Materials:
1 chicken, choose meat, cut into 4 parts
2 rods of lemongrass, take the white part,
sliced roughly
5 Orange leaves
400 ml hot water
2 tbsp cooking oil

Mashed Spices:
7 red chili peppers, seeded
8 shallots
2 cloves garlic
5 candlenuts
1 Red Tomato
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Coat it chicken pieces with fine seasoning until blended. Let stand for
15 minutes.
2. Put the lemongrass and orange leaves a basic slow cooker bowl. Put
chicken and seasoning on it. Pour with hot water.
3. Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for
3-4 hours).
4. After the seasoning is seen start shrinking, flush the chicken with
cooking oil. Open the slow cooker lid. Chicken feedback, continue cooking while
the occasional seasoning (lid opened so that the marinade fast dry and
pervasive).
5. Turn off the slow cooker. Remove chicken and serve.
