Materials:
5 Sheets Chicken Fillet @ 50 g
50 g sardines
1 tbsp unsaturated oil
2 tbsp chopped peppers
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
100 ml of water
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with a little water

How to make:
1. Sprinkle pepper on the whole surface of chicken fillet flatten.
2. Mix the sardines with peppers and garlic, stir.
3. Give a mixture of sardines on each sheet of chicken fillet, then roll
and tie firmly with the rope.
4. Cook chicken rolls in a frying pan, give sweet soy sauce, fish sauce,
and pepper while occasionally reversed. Add water if necessary, cook until
cooked, after the ripe lifting of chicken meat rolls.
5. Make the sauce:
Add a cornstarch solution to the rest of the
chicken cooking, cook until boiling and thick, lift.
6. Serve paupiettes with watered sauce.
