·         Materials:

250 g nonfat milled chicken meat
1 egg Chicken
2 pieces of fresh bread, puree
100 g carrot, finely grated
2 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
1/4 tsp fine nutmeg
1/2 tsp thyme


·         Ingredients of chocolate sauce:

1 tbsp margarine polyunsaturated
1 tbsp wheat flour
300 ml broth
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 pieces of instant block broth
1/2 tsp ground fine pepper
Little Nutmeg
Little Thyme


·         How to make:

1.     Mix the ground chicken with fresh bread, carrots, onions, and eggs stir. Give it an instant broth, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme, stir.
2.     Take small loaf mold, apply with oil evenly, cover with bread paper, apply back with oil, then pour loaf dough, flatten.
3.     Steam until cooked for + 30 minutes of lift, chill, remove from mold, then cut into pieces for 5 servings.
4.     Make the chocolate sauce:
Insert margarine, input wheat flour, stir, pour the broth little by little, while stirring until the broth is depleted. Put ketchup and soy sauce, give instant broth, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme, stir well, after boiling and lumpy, lift.
5.    Serve chicken loaf together with chocolate sauce.
