Chicken Cook Hoisin

Materials:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
500 g boneless chicken breast meat, cut into 1
cm thick
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with 1 tbsp water
100 g onion, split into 6 parts

Seasonings, Stir:
250 ml of water
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp ang CiU
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Coarse mashed
1 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Heat a slow cooker on a high set, input cooking oil, garlic, and ginger.
Stir until fragrant.
2. Put chicken breast, stir briefly until change color. Add the seasoning.
Turn the button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4
hours).
3. Turn the button on the high setting. Put the solution of cornstarch and
onions. Cook stirring occasionally until thick seasoning (about 30 minutes).
Turn off the slow cooker.
4. Serve while warm.
