Materials:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 chicken tail, cut into 10 parts
350 ml hot water
1 turmeric Leaf, conclude
4 orange leaves, remove leaves
2 pandan leaves, cut into 5 cm
2 rods of lemongrass, take the
white part, spread
1/2
tsp granulated sugar
3/4
tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice

Mashed Spices:
6 Red Chili Peppers
8 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric
1 cm Ginger
2 red tomatoes

How to make:
1. Heat a slow
cooker on the High set, input cooking oil, and fine seasoning. Stir until
fragrant.
2. Put
chicken, water, turmeric leaves, orange leaves, pandan leaves, lemongrass,
granulated sugar, and salt. Stir well.
3. Turn the
button on the set low (cook for 5-6 hours) or high (cook for 3-4 hours). Turn
off the slow cooker.
4. Add lime
juice. Stir well. Serve warmly.
