Ca Broccoli Paprika


·         Materials:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cm ginger, chopped
250 ml chicken broth, heat
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper Coarse mashed
1/2 tsp salt
150 g prawns, peeled off his tail
25 g fresh mushroom, cut into pieces
150 g broccoli, cut according to the amounts
5 pieces of young corn, two elongated
100 g canned bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
1/2 pieces of red peppers, cut into diamonds
3 dried chili pepper, cut into 2 cm
1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve with 1 tbsp water


·         How to make:

1.  Heat a slow cooker on a high set, input cooking oil, sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir until fragrant.
2.   Put broth, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, prawns, ear mushrooms, broccoli, corn, bamboo shoots, peppers, dried chili peppers, and cornstarch solutions.
3.   Turn the buttons on the high set, cook for 2 until all the ingredients are cooked.
4.   Turn off the slow cooker. Serve Ca broccoli while warm.
